Rip off for sure, as I am not so sure how to classify this restaurant/cafe, it is always a bad idea to try offering all kinds of menu from French to American and even Levantine cuisine.
The service is slow, you can sit down for a while before a menu gets to you.
I asked for a fresh squeezed orange juice, the server mentioned that it arrived fresh from Barakat. That juice cost me AED 27+VAT.
I also ordered a croque madame, The bun that was described on their menu as brioche, was nothing but the 'burger bun' not toasted, coated with a monstrous bechamel slime, turkey ham was cold, the only thing that looked good was the egg, probably not made by the same person.
The restaurant manager advised me to change and order something else, something worse? A croque madam should be easiest thing to do for any chef.
This restaurant should be banned for ripping people's off their money for extremely cheap looking and tasting food

Great food! Great ambience! Service is ok too!
They are the few places where one can enjoy a shisha (Water pipes) the food is varied and the coffee they serve is great... the hot chocolate is what I had and it tastes just ok!
They have outdoor sitting as well as indoor, the interiors are something to talk about... very custodian yet has the apt modern touch.
So we have youngsters as well as browns who enjoy the place

Very disappointed by the service and the food. Dishes were not good. Pastries were soft and tasteless. Juices were tasteless and full of water. Still gets two stars because cakes are not too bad and 50% off after 9PM

Pretty average place, but we still loved to go there when we lived nearby. The tomato soup is the best in town and love the decoration in the restuarant. Great cakes! :)

The toasted breads are always cold no matter what season and reason. The hash browns are consistently inconsistent and part of the orders often forgotten.
They do a great job with the eggs and sandwiches . And the coffee has always been good. The desserts are a definite thumbs up.
