It was really a horrible experience!!! I paid a guarantee for one of the services. When my guarantee was due, I tried to refund it. After serveral emails and serveral calls for almost one month and although I live in Abu Dhabi, they insisted me going to Sharja to get my money. When I went to Shariah they said you cannon receive them in Sharja because the supervisor is not available but possible to get them in Abu Dhabi after 2 days. The possilbilty was there!!! I followed up for 10 days till I got them. After almost 40 days of continuous calls, emails and visits I got them. OMG!!!

Horrible maybe the staff is good at their job. But they certainly need to learn some manners. If it matters your company should conduct some training on customer service.
