Nice, clean and well equipped premises. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the grooming was very expensive and instructions were not followed completely. However I had two happy dogs regardless.

My wife took her cats to the Royal Veterinary Centre for vaccinations. The facility is clean and spacious and the office staff were very helpful. Dr. Sam performed a thorough exam on each cat, administered their vaccinations and then answered all of our questions. Afterwards, the front scheduled the follow-up appointment for booster shots. While we were there, several people arrived with pets for vaccinations, check-ups, grooming and boarding. The only drawback is the facility is only open until 5:00 pm which may make it difficult for pet owners who have to work up to that time. This facility is much better than some questionable veterinarians we previously visited when we first arrived to Al Ain.

A fantastic new service for pet owners in Al Ain. Great kennels and cattery and a very competent Vetinary team. Our dog has stayed there many times and is always very well cared for. Just what Al Ain pet owners needed.

Wonderful new purpose built veterinary surgery in the north western area of Al Ain. The facilities are excellent and the staff are lovely. Highly recommended.
