A very very very bad staff behavior, attitude as well as orders not on time, drivers not respecting customers and shouting on them, no action taken from call center. Timing very bad, giving time and coming very late.

What a very very very bad support, after sale and management they have!! Their problems are the team and management do not know what is going on in the field, and they never respect their promises. Once you have a problem with their product only after few months of using it, then you will suffer and suffer and suffer. My advise just avoid even thinking of them as an option. It has been over one month after I reported matress broken and I am suffering till this moment.
Unfortunately there's no zero star to give. BTW, their receptionist didn't allow me to take their company GM number to speak with and she only gave me RAK branch whom keep promising and never respect too, so I refused to speak to him because I don't want to waste my time and get a high blood pressure..
Update: they came to take it and gave me a temporary matress until they fix it in 2 days as they promised the replacement matress is very very very hard to sleep, anyway, their 2 day promise went to hill! It's been 2 weeks till now. This is just to prove to all they have have less than zero after support, once you get a problem with the product you buy, then you will be in trouble and will realise the value of my feedback. it's been now around 2 months with my problem, and even I contacted their higher management since one week with no reply!! This is my experience I wanted to share with you, the decision.response / report this review -

One of the most affordable furniture stores especially for matresses they do have their own factory on Ajman. They offer customized furniture as per customer demands too.
