It think this project will move alongside the 2020 developments. I did see sample homes. But I haven't seen any activity at such a prime location prompting me to understand that the development is facing some problems which may take a year or two to resolve. Hope for the bwst

Hello fellow investors. Thank goodness for Google! Does anyone have any information about this project? It doesnt even show up in the Mashrooi app. We have given the down payment and these people do not have the decency or courtesy to get back to us. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!

Best place to get a villa. Now Bollywood park has opened and new airport is getting finished and Emirates . Next peak place of Dubai.

The worst experience ever. They only take money from investors and don't build anything. Please listen to me and dont invest here, even if the deal seems too good to be true. Thats how I rolled in. The truth is that its false hope. Don't buy headache. Keep your money far away.

Travelled from the UK to purchase a studio apartment in May 2015 through texture holdings, A reservation form was given to me upon deposit payment as proof of purchase. Few months later work was supposed to start, that was in June 2015, Was in dubai recently and as of now its a empty piece of land.
I was lucky enough not to invest a big amount however others have not got away so lightly. Please refrain was investing in this project. The company is not professional at all and does not know how to do business. Whenever you ask them they say mobilize work is in progress, Been over 7 months and still no activity so please save your money and avoid getting mugged.
