  December 2013 Business Highlights

  Sales: Our current month’s sale is 27% higher than November. Many thanks to all our new and repeat clients who have enjoyed their Holiday celebration with us.

  New clients... -8 parties/caterings booked before the year ends. -Supplying of staff meals to a prestigious hotel located in Sheikh Zayed Road -A year contract with a local group in the UAE to cater international cuisines for their 400 members -Consignment with 5 supermarkets located in Dubai -20 new office clients in Business Bay Area -15 new office clients in JLT

  2014 Business Plan -Expansion of restaurant by establishing a new branch in the UAE/Abroad -Hiring of new employees

  All of this would not have been possible without the huge sacrifices of our staff members. They have worked tirelessly to move the company forward and to bring us the much needed growth.

  Thank God, today is our first month of our full blast restaurant operation. After reviewing our sales report, with 5 persons working together, we've come up with these results: - 78 average clients per day - 3 caterings per week Thank you to all who prayed, believed and supported us.
