  I bought flooring from them. It was the worst flooring quality I bought in years. All of it came out after 3 months, and they installed it with gaps. I called them and even went there to hold them up for the warranty, but they were unprofessional about it and did not do anything about the wrongful installation. I had to replace it all with a different supplier.

  Great service from Khasif [I ordered 5 Carpets with customized dimensions] if you are looking for someone to look after your order from cutting to stitching to delivery and available all the times to answer your calls he is your man [+ 971 50 346 7807] this is his number. My order was ready is 2 days time, perfection as I wanted.

  Very bad experience. The price comes from imagination of very unprofessional sales person , when you ask how many meters fabric they are charging you for and how much per meter they wasted around two weeks and never have me the proper response. The wall paper we ordered they installed so bad . How many rolls we need sales person was guessing. Based on our size given to him he calculated two rolls and it cover only half of the area !!!

  Stay away from this shop.
  1.I had my bed custom made - floppy job and we have to live with the mess they made
  3. Custom made cabinet - the cabinet came with paint and wood chipped
  
  Once they take the advance, you call the manager he doesn't answer calls. When you call the shop, they dont even know about your order. A bunch of unprofessionals who doesn't know what they are doing .

  Risala is a standout amongst the most great encounters I have ever had in acquiring an extensive, particular request. Deals staff was superb, considerate, affable and proficient; a genuine happiness to chat with each time we had any inquiries or changes to our furniture arrange.
