Amazing service and experience. The team are very helpful, supportive and know exactly what they are doing. I always go to them with very tight deadlines and I always get the best service ever. They answer my many many many questions always with a smile and with a very understanding attitude.
Love printing my photos with them and definitely they are always my go to place :-)

Riot Photo Book offered a fabulous service in a short amount of time in order to create special memories for my partners birthday 🎂. Staff handled the challenges extremely well with me being in the UK & using WhatsApp as our form of communication to get the gifts delivered on time & before closing for the national holidays in Dubai. They even sang happy birthday to him when he arrived to collect the gifts. Thank you so much 💓 I really appreciate your hard efforts for getting the gifts completed at very short notice. X

I've made a project called Book of Letters as a gift to our boss. Since it is last minute project, hence Jill guided me on how to do it on my own. Their platform is so user-friendly and Jill is so accommodating to all my questions and concerns. The gift was a hit! everyone praise the book, most especially the bday celebrant! Now my boss has requested that i do a re-print! I plan to do another project for myself this time. :)

I am so happy and impressed with the service and result of our wedding book from Riot books! I worked with Jill who was always ready to answer questions and so friendly and nice. I did the layout for the book with the software and it was very easy once you get the hang of it. The WhatsApp service is really helpful. The book is so elegant and lovely - thank you!

We live in Australia and despite not stating they post to us on their website, they were still happy to provide the service. Could not fault the process, the communication or the product itself. A+++++++ with everything and we highly recommend these guys to everyone. Cristina was amazing, quick replier and we got our product within 2-3 weeks (including postage). We will be using this service for future family albums. We LOVE our album

Superb quality.

Pricey I think, given the cost of some competitors but you do get what you pay for. Very professional and they went out of their way to accomodate a fast turnaround time for me.

This is pretty much a scam. Prices advertised on their site are totally different from they charge in the end. For a photo album the cost was around 200 AED and aftrr downloading their software and preparing the album the asked price was at 800 AED

I just picked up a flat book that i ordered online and I am very happy with the quality of the print. The app for designing the book had a very friendly interface and so many options to choose from, for sure anybody would find a way to create the perfect book for his own taste. Before ordering the book I visited the shop to see if what i find online matches reality. It does, 100%. The lady there was very nice and replied patiently to all my questions, showed me all the options available and explained the differences between them and let me know they can also design the book themselves, for an extra fee. Overall, i had a great experience and totally recommend this place for both professional and personal use.

It was my first time making photo book (as a gift )and it came absolutely perfect. I liked the whole experience. Downloaded the software, uploaded pictures, placed them the way I wanted, added signatures, paid online and came to jlt to collect. Highly recommended.

I have ordered many photo books from Riot and the results are very good. Staff is very cooperative. Print quality is also very good. Their software and standard templates makes it easy is to create an album.
