An okay mom and pop shop that has all the necessities. Not as small as your typical Baqaala. I always find what I’m looking for, whether it’s a gallon of milk or a light bulb, they have it. The clerks on the register can be slow sometimes. And trying to call them for delivery can be a hassle as their is a language barrier combined to the fact they seem very uninterested to take your order over the phone.

Very bad experience i ordered the item on 19th oct at 9.00 am they took the order and they didnt respond i called three time they said they will deliever before 2.30pm later they didnt do i called at 5 pm they said they dont have deliever vehicle they will deliever tomorrow, and next day when i called to them they informed me same thing they cant deliever if they wont deliever, why should they mention on their brouchers they will deliever to address atittude of that person who spoke in phone is not proper this is very bad very arogant guys

👎🏼 Its really bad experience ,that they dont have the item which they are highlighting as weekend offer .
Its becomes worse when the staff doesn’t guide you well and avoid you and your queries.

Staff should be trained and should behave well when they are asked for something.

Very bad experience on my first visit to shabia 11 store ,will never go again.
