Very Bad experience..especially from the reception.my son had high fever and we want to consult dr.sameer they didn’t let us saying we don’t have appointment as we didn’t receive any information from call center about the appointment system when I called there to entire dr.sameer’s availability.its ok that we have options for other doctors but everyone wish to consult doctors whom they thought free to talk and acquainted with but is it the way how they should react on emergency cases and we asked them we can wait but they never minded.the receptionist attitude was so ridiculous.
Very bad experience .. They are profesional in wasting your time
Dr. Preetha vinoj is very good and experience doctor.
she motivate and give confident to her patients.
only problem with appointment, very rare you will get same day or next day appointment.
For emergency not recommended.
Doctors are very Good & professional Dr.Subathra -GP , Dr.Sameer Pediatric+GP & Dr.Preetha Vinoj -Gynecologist . Reception and supporting staffs are not professional and will not understanding the emergency situations. Token system is very difficult . Reception token staff especially one girl they want refuse / send back the patient always by saying "NO TOKEN" even Doctors are ready to see the patients receptions are refusing .That is the only issue otherwise doctors are very professional and recommended .
Now we visit here only if we want to meet Dr. Subathra (General Medicine) and Dr. Samir (Child Specialist). They are really good and we highly recommend these two doctors. (Know them since 2008)
We tried to meet the Gynaecologist there one tme but changed to a different hospital. Getting her appointment is quite difficult due to their unprofessional and unorganized booking methods. You need to book for an appointment even to discuss the result of a blood test. So NEVER try the Gynaecologist here (eventhough she is good) unless you've any special power to predict an emergency and book in advance. This is our personal experience. It was known as Reem before. But the new name is Prima Clinic. The issues started after the recent changes. The Front Office staff is not at all cooperative. You can see the same opinion in most of the reviews.
There are a lot of hospitals available in Al Nahda itself, in the same range or category. We have already decided to find an alternate place for normal consulting.
They lack specialized Pediatric doctors. The waiting area is so congested and there is very minimal ventilation. Its better to wait outside rather in the waiting area.
Worst experience! Staffs behavior very rude .
Doctors are good
But service and receptionist is very very bad
Not recommended for any emergency conditions as minimun waiting period is 2 hrs
Worst Experience we had ever in our life. Reem has to go through these reviews and at least to understand what peoples talks about u. irresponsible staffs and lack of professionalism are the highlights

Very worst experiance. Especially the Reception
Old building, small flat and dirty
Very worst experiance. Dont have proper token system. Especially scanning section. If we call they will tell there is no booking required and we can walk in. Once we are there they are saying doctor have cut off today and they cannot give appointment after keeping us waiting for more than two hours. Sharjah rolla branch.
Very nice doctors, specially, For gynaecology Dr.Preetha Vinoj is best. Very nice behaviour, gives confidence to patients. Very satisfied.
Worst service. They dont even know the insurance covered medicines.
Appointment system is worst I have experienced. And even if you get an appointment be ready to wait for at least half n hour once you reach the clinic. Receptionist and manager in charge is very unprofessional while dealing with the customers on phone or at front desk.
Worst service,,guys u will have to wait one hour for cash payment,,
😡
Cashier is behaving like managing director,,,
