  At first, the car selection, the communication with the company, the delivery of the car and the return were all good and everything seemed perfect. However, the 5000 AED deposit was charged to my credit card "by mistake" as a purchase rather than a hold of the amount. I didn't think much of it until later, well after the promised 21-25 days without traffic violations have passed.
  
  To complicate things further, the company promised to send me a copy of the contract to my phone on the day of the rental, but this never happened and I (mistakenly) didn't ask for it upon returning the car.
  
  The deposit amount is still not returned to me 6 months later. After numerous calls to the company and its owner, all I get is false promises but nothing fruitful. I'm pursuing this legally now to get my money back. Don't ruin your vacation and stay away and rent from a reputable place and avoid these scammers.
