The airport is not well equipped, and the quality of the food is bad. w c dirty. if you are looking for ATM, there are only 2, CBI ATM in arrival terminal after the passport check, and NBAD ATM in departure terminal before passport check. The only good thing about the airport is the speed of the procedure, you don't have to wait in long queue as the airport have only few flights, and free parking.

In 1976, the airport was inaugurated by the long-time ruler, Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammad Al Qasimi. Unlike Dubai International Airport, Ras Al Khaimah International Airport did not develop into an international or regional aviation hub.
In 2007, RAK Airways started operating as the national airline with a hub at the airport. It suspended regular operations in 2008 due to the global economic crisis. It relaunched in 2010 with new branding and management, but suspended operations permanently in 2013.response / report this review -

Now it is a good airport although in the past there were no scheduled international flights.
There in no parking fee.

One of the best airport to travel no queue no parking fee coffee is 5dhs and water 2 awesome hope all airports like this

Dirty, ugly, stinky place. Really shame for Governors aiming on attracting most demanding 4 and 5 star hotel guests. One star for helpful and kind personnel.

Here is very cheap staff & very poor customer service. They will charge too much extra money so dont waste your money. They take 350AED from arrival passenger for bed space & food but they didnt provide properly.

The airport is small and has no complexity. A bakery is available on upstairs "Albert & Abela" where many residents of Ras al khaimah buys cake. Really the cake from that bakery is tasty.

The smallest airport of UAE. Far from Dubai, Sharjah and reaching there with public transport is not possible. No decent food options are available.

its a remote airport, usually no passengers there. the link roads are also dark in the night and no clear direction marking on the road signboard.

Awful airport. Toilets are smelly and run down. There is nothing of decent quality to eat. In the "fusion bites" stalls you can find some wierd things that look less edible than street food in Karachi. Some arabic food or a mcdonalds would suffice, come on. Smoking lounge is not sealed properly and fumes come out.
All in all, this place needs serious investment. Remember that the airport is the thing people remember when flying home from vacation. Dont let it spoil the experienceresponse / report this review -
