Most will come for a meeting, but all definitely leave with an experience. This is our Gold room, one of 21 spaces for your next event. As is, it holds up to 40 people, but take away the partitions from the Silk and Spice rooms and 120 may comfortably fit theatre-style.

Wooowwww the best staycation ever in my life in dubai!! Welcoming team and staff. Very friendly and smiling. The room is very comfy and feels like home. With spectacular view of creek and burj khalifa and dubai frame. As soon as u check in juice with wet towels r served to u. Immediately they deliver bags to the room. I love balconies and this is the only hotel with balconies. Very quite and relaxing atmosphere that puts u to sleep immediately. Amazing housekeeping team which is very helpful and cheerful. Priyanka and santoosh did our room and priyanka made a dog out the towels and displayed it on bed. Aside than all this was the fabulous breakfast. Cappuccino served with smily face on it. International delicious buffet which has everything in it. Spacious area with fountain and sun entering through glass on top. Theres another area where its darker n more comfy on higher level. Swimming pool is very beautifully blue and cabanas with umbrellas and creek view too. Every day is ladies night in Up On The Tenth with free sparkling wine and nuts being served to u without queuing and a wonderful night view of creek which should not be missed. Last but not least if u upgrade room to include the Royal Club ull never regret entering this club as a royal and having breakfast there opposite creek in mornings that gives u higher energy throughout the day and in evening dining while the sunsets from there with happy hours included to be treated as a Royal.

I highly recommend visiting the YUM! restaurant. I have been going there for over 14 years and it truly is one of the top asian restaurants in Dubai. The food is great value and high quality. It’s always fast and the stuff is always very helpful and friendly. Especially mr. Daniel always serves us the best. Thank you YUM! We will keep coming back. Eva

The staff are always friendly and attentive. Visit only a few times and they get to know you and add that personable touch to your visit. Stay many times and it’s like being welcomed back by friends. Great to see (and hear) the refurbishments are finished so this place remains my go to place in Dubai, which is close to the Airport.

We just had Friday brunch with family at this place. We were seated at the Fish Market Restaurant and we were so impressed by the service of the staff. Very attentive, they always anticipate our needs. Our cousin was celebrating her birthday and when Lara learned about the occasion, she immediately arranged a cake to surprise her without me asking. Also, drinks were topped up once finished, plates were cleared just in time, service was given always with a smile. We would like to thank Lara, Thess, Valeria and to everyone for the amazing service! It was our first time, and will be back again for sure. We will bring our friends and family visiting us in Dubai from now on.

I’ve been in The Pub restaurant. Good place but staff must inform customers about offers and discounts. After I visited restaurant next day I noticed that I have discount because of NBD Card, but bartender charged me as normal price. All in all place is very beautiful
