Extremely bad service and experience. Looking to make MONEY at any level, not willing to listen to the problems nor taking any comments from the customer being myself! Went in with a problem and will full diagnosis to find further help, but they plugged in a computer to give me the same code for 100AED which i had already!!!
I didn't argue, paid him as they was no point discussing further.
Waste on time and money.
Rare to find a garage who knows the work, very very hard and this is not one of them.
Avoid or make sure to find out everything before you go ahead with these WALLET VACUUMS spread out around Dubai!response / report this review -

I had George service my car several months back. He fixed issues with the car that GT Auto couldn't take care of properly and had miss diagnosed. He did reliable work at a fair price. Good to know I found a workshop I feel comfortable taking my car into for servicing.

Very bad experience. Seeing all positive google reviews, gave my car here for servicing, horrible mistake.
Once u give your car for servicing here, its like giving them blank cheque. Extortion, tats wat they r doing, very greedy. Guy by name George, not at all professional and rude.
Please dont trust them, if they recommend you to change parts in your car, please take second opinion. As they are simply cheating you to make extra profit. Always buy spare parts from your side.
When i got my final bill, it was all hand written. Spare part charges were very HIGH.
Like..
Car radiator : 1000 dhs (checked with retailer, it was around 700 dhs)
Every part changed, found an addition of average 30 percent extra.
Argued that the rates are too high, as per market price and would like to check from my side with near by spare parts dealer. Then George replied, if that the case, then we will not give you discount on service charges. That clearly showed how clever he is with adjusting amounts, in the name of discounts.
They not even bothered to wash my car after servicing.response / report this review -

Gave this workshop a shot after I had an oil leak. customer service was very good. Price was not the cheapest but considering the issue was fully resolved I believe it was fair. Great experience and recommended.
Update: My car had a complex electrical issue which another garage could not fix (and also made it worse). I towed the car to Radiant and the owner (George) assured me that he will somehow fix the problem. He personally got involved and fixed the issue. It took longer than i would have liked but eventually got it in working order. Work progress can be slow due to the high workload they have but if you are patient this garage will fix your car for sure. Trustworthy garage and highly recommended.response / report this review -

Went to this workshop based on google reviews..Had an absolutely horrible experience. Car was left at the showroom for 3 days in which they kept telling me that the work on the car electronic lock & starting up was being done and should be ready soon. After this happened for 2 days in a row, they called me on the second day evening and told me to come and take my car. When I asked them, they told me that the car was almost done. Since it was late afternoon, I told them I wouldnt come down the same day and since the car is repaired, asked them to do the servicing of the car as well.
When I went to take the car the next day, I realised that the work on my car had not happened; instead they changed the oil and filter and charged me AED 800 for this. So, now my car cannot be started by the key but has been serviced for standing in its place.

When my car failed the RTA test, they repaired it and passed the test before I collected it. Very fair price, great service. Definitely recommend.

As a Canadian expat, living in Dubai working for Emirates Airlines Engineering, I had to find a garage I can trust and approve their workmanship and efficiency in providing the car back on time. I found and have used Radiant Garage for the past 12 years and still use it for as long as I reside in the UAE. They are the best in diagnostic troubleshooting, professional workmanship and honesty when it comes to prices. They are the top in transmission and engine repair.
