Mismanagement of the high level.
They created a Home owners association company to continue over charge & NOT maintain the Green Community development. It is in extremely poor maintenance state, roads are broken, gardens are unkept, Entertainment areas including pools are in need of maintenance & an overhaul.

No one answers the phone, ever. Resolving issues via email goes like this they will answer the first email, then once the issue becomes more complicated and you need answers they'll just ignore your emails downright ignore for days, you may as well send emails to the wind. They also do not provide direct email contact nor names of the people in charge. So you end up paying service charges (quite high) and when you need property maintenance, if it doesn't suit them or they see that they'll need to pay for something, they are nowhere to be found. Adds to the pile of regrets i have since decided to invest in their community. If i could turn back time, i'd run!

Phone is not working and not possible to contact from web, all their services are of terrible quality. It’s like 50 years behind time and completely incompetent!
