This experience was honestly very
horrible, customer service was bad, as if
the wrapping is any better! He didn't
have lots of choices to choose from
there were at least 3-4 to pick from, and
the quality was just bad!! I had to pay 50
dhs for a small gift, and it was only for
him to wrap the paper! I've been in many
professional places and have never
seen anything like this before, I told him I
would write a review, and he was just
fine with it. This is place is very

I love this place- Princessa Flowers, it has a lot of flowers from very affordable to a little bit expensive, depending on your choice.
Its located in between Dafza metro station and Union cooperative.
I always go here to buy flowers whenever there's an occasion or pick up randomly sometimes to surprise my wife.
You chose your flowers and the florist will arrange it nicely for free, you only need to pay for the flower per piece.
Update (13Feb2022) they are very busy because of Valentines day, however, they still accomodate me eventhough I am only buying something little- 2 bouquets.
They are still very affordable and deliver exceptional service.response / report this review -

Not as cheap as other flower shops. Florist needs to up their game and be more artistic. i bought a bouquet once because my usual shop is far but the way he wrapped it is below average. like packing groceries so boring.. def would not buy again.

I should have left them a very nice review long time ago but always forgot. Always pass by to get my wife some very nice bouquets of flowers from them .. Excellent service and amazing and beautiful flowers all the time.. Thanks guys for always being excellent

Very nice flowers shop in Al Qusais near to Union Coop. I visited here and purchased bouquet containing red and pink roses and other flowers. Flowers arrangements done very well.

“Bad service” never again especially the manager staff was good
As a second time customer i was very upset the way they handle their customer. Prizes different last time i went 1 month ago then after i came back its so expensive and i argued and show the pics so they will believe at me but still no chance. Manager has no consideration for regular customer as im trusted them again. But its ashame. Never recommend this flower shop 🤨response / report this review -

Terrible experience. Their online (albeit cash only on delivery) ordering system was a complete flop. Ordered and received confirmation email. Phoned on valentines day to check on delivery and shop staff have no knowledge. After 3 phone calls, at this point, I`m still waiting for an explanation.
