  I am treating under Dr. Praveen Kumar and trust me he is the best ortho surgeon whom I have came across. The way he handles the complex situations of my lower back disc issues is commendable.

  It's a great experience with Dr Praveen, I felt genuinely better in less than a week, my back pain was almost 90% gone. I will definetely recommend good services of the doctor to any patients suffering from orthopedic related problems. The staff at Prime is also very helpful and friendly with the patients.

  The details regarding my wife treatment was very well made understand by Dr. Praveen Kumar which was very much in deeply and also shared the complete details how the same can be cured.   Prime medical center Alnadah services are very good. They listen to the patients concerned and take immediate action to ensure he or she meet the doctor. I was well pleased with their service and I recommend anyone to visit and enjoy the same excellent service.

  I went to seek medical treatment from Dr. Praveen for my leg injury after. I fell from the excessive exercise. Excellent service from the doctor I able to walk a day after the treatment. SUPERB

  It's wonderful to get treated from a wonderful doctor Dr Praveen Ortho who has magical powers to treat. I am fully satisfied patient and it's a blessing to have such doctor in the medical centre .Thanks regards also for all the support of staff. Even though I know many doctors as I am a para medical staff this doctor has some unique power... God bless

  I wish there was an option for zero stars!
  
  I had been to this place to meet a Gyno (in Prime Al Nahda Sharjah branch) to a doc named Meena Bhati. One the first day, we consulted her and paid the consultation fees through our insurance company. She advised us two blood tests and one ultra sound test, for which we co paid again through insurance.
  
  Their lab was already booked for the nearest dates and so we got all the tests done in a matter of 8 days. We were advised to see the doc after the test results and so we got the appointment for the next day- "9th day". She was lost on my history, started looking for my reports and just rattled out some numbers from the report saying everything is normal - to my shock - she wanted me to reduce my weight- im the slimmest person you could ever find- she doesn't even think before speaking and just gave some vague lifestyle advise - "walk after lunch and dinner" - which I could normally do as a sensible woman. She even gave me a choice if I want medicines or not!
  Moreover when we were about to leave, she said to her Nurse in a loud voice that "Consultation aayega" (that means consultation is to be charged) I know my insurance company is going to pay for it but still I found it to be unfair.
  
  I raised this concern and talked to the Supervisor Mr. Fayaz, who first insisted that it was all system generated and one cannot do anything. He also said that because EVERYONE else is paying, we too must pay and that's the system. When I asked him if the doctor had authority to charge or not, considering the truth that I had come for a follow up, he says "YES, she has the authority". Now how wouldn't I believe that this doctor is just keen on grabbing money and giving no value- sitting in a reputed clinic?
  
  I totally don't recommend anybody to visit this doctor in particular if you are really serious about your health. You never know what she may be upto to make more money! Your health / body will be on a toss. I am not writing this review to take a grudge on someone, I really care about people like me who are worried about anything that a doctor says and spend a lot for tests which may not be required in reality.

  Me and my wife had visited the clinic for neck pain. Orthopaedic Dr Praveen suggested to use the right matress and pillow, which was one of the cause of the issue and guided on the reasons for cervical problems. We are happy with the way the treatment is done. Ms Sabina, the physiotherapist, did a great job and helped us relieve from the pain. Thanks to Prime medical. Cheers.

  The Medi Prime Pharmacy is a terrible wait. They just cannot cope with the inflow of customers. Sad part is that these customers are sick and weak patients coming in from Prime Medical Center..among these are little children that are made to suffer too. My son with a fever and injury to his foot had to stand for so so long just to pick up meds. Really pathetic!!!

  HI good morning i want to inform that your staff name mary chris garcia working in prime al nadha is a home wrecker. She destroy one family have an affair to a married man. She don't deserve to be a part of a prestigious hospital. She will destroy the image of the clinic.

  Not good doctor i forgot her name . . I have allergies and she didnt even give me good oitment for my allergies and i checked thru apps she gave me different oitment seba med lotion and to the record its different prescription..

  Best doctors on the line at the medical center. But the newly opened pharmacy is the worst. Have to wait more than a hour for the medicine even during the flow of patients are less. Would like to have a good pharmacy process.

  Even if you come with an appointment at 17:00 you will have your turn earliest at 17:30 .... No time management. Staff reports to work late ... Visited Al Nahda branch more than 5 times ... team needs training on time management and simple etiquette towards Patients ...
