Extremely overpriced service and repair costs. I get that showrooms are usually more pricey, but this was just day light robbery. Over 30,000 AED to fix the AC system in my land rover defender. They said it all needed to be replaced. Well I checked else where and it didn't all need to be replaced. Just changed the compressor and a few bits here and there for 4,000. And guess what it's still working 2 years on.

Absolutely rubbish. Fours hours for service, they said. 8 hours later I taxied over there only to be told the car would be another 1.5 hours and then we will deliver it to your home at 5pm. Fair enough, I got a courtesy car back to my location. BUT it is now 6.30pm and NO sign of the car and no explanation.

The after sales service is very good, but their customer service representatives seemed picky in which customers to approach. In my experience one service rep did not know too much about the car's (ford explorer) capabilities, most of what he told me was really basic information which didn't make me too confident in what they were selling. But overall, the showroom is very decent.
