Excellent studio. Clean and very convenient location. Love the classes. I have a lower back issue and the teachers just fixed me. They are knowledgeable and challenging. Cool that many guys go there. Love their reformer and Pilates and their yoga is out of this world —- yin yoga specialists. Def going back.

Been to other studios in business bay and i hate how stuck up their are like one in south ridge or bay avenue. The studio is so damn cool and funky. Very rad teachers are so friendly. You really feel at home at Piloga. No intimidation. Staff are laughing .. joking and easy going. Class mix is amazing. Buy 10 class and tray all mat classes such as yoga or pilates or barre included. Their barre se soir or jour classes changed me. I look fitter and toned and stronger. Reformer there is probably the best in dubai. Love love love this studio.

Love this place. Love their yoga and Pilates and their barre fire! Their reformer is only 4 beds which is great. Teachers are VERY friendly. A cool, easy going, relaxed and very funky. They are in a beautiful

Piloga has Amazing classes and a great mix for a full body toning workout. Reformer is probably one of the best in town. Only 4 people per class which makes it feel as if it is a private lesson. Challenging and hard is what to expect and to be pushed. Hygiene is a priority. Feels good always and clean lulu lemon mats which makes your practice perfect. Book online for an efficient and quick experience. Team there is always responsive thru phone! In my opinion it is one of the top studio in Dubai.

Love this place. Teachers are amazing. Classes are fantastic. Clean. Intense which is why I love it. My best studio in Dubai yet. And a lot of fun!!!!

"Horrible system"
I called to book the reformer class for 3 persons and they accepted us to join the class. When we arrived at the studio, the lady at the reception told us that one of us will be in the waiting list because one of their client had booked online and she didn't see it.
She asked if only 2 of us can join the reformer class and another one join the yoga class instead. This is totally unacceptable since we called them twice to confirm the spaces.
We drived all the way to join the reformer class not Yoga class. We are so not happy about it and we will definitely not go back again for the second time.response / report this review -

Refomer beds are not maintained up to hygienic standards. The furry pads you in the pictures absorb all the sweat and bactetia, and are washed only one a month! The windows are not tinted, so be prepared to be stared at during your pilates refomer class (all nearby offices as well as passers by, security guards and construction workers will get a nice view of all 4 of you working out on the refomers). The locker room is tiny. And good luck finding a parking spot in the visitors lot underground it's simply always full

Beautiful studio and superb location. Great instructors with a positive and contagious attitude towards different types of workouts. Reasonably priced with a lot of different perks you can use in the area. Love it 😍

Great Pilates & Yoga studio. Best way to get there is Park in building 3, go to vistor D elevator and go to P, around the corner
