I am conflicted. I cannot say the food was very good. The ribs and chicken wings were mostly bone and not much meat. The french fries were extremely dry. But it's sort of "authentic local dining" and the prices are rather reasonable. Also, the mushroom soup was excellent.

The roasted chicken was tasty. This place was tagged as the best shawarma place in town (Gulf News) - so we tried. To be honest it wasn't as good as I expected it to be as I prefer thinly sliced meat and beef, more onions and veggies with overflowing garlic sauce (Juicy). Their shawarma is more on thick slices of meat and beef and little onion veggies, which is very dry for my taste buds. Chinese cuisines were okay. (Shrimp Fried Rice, Shanghai, etc.) The location is ideally located in the middle of Satwa, but coming from bus station, it's a quite a long walk.

This place is just amazing. They have such a huge variety of food to choose from. There service is next to done and the prices are well set. I tried the chicken and lamb biryani both which were brilliant. The sharwarma tastes really nice to but available evenings only. They do have garlic sauce as an extra which tastes good.
