  Very bad store , there are saying we are open now when I cane to them no one is there, and they said you need to wait 1 hour until we come.

  Bought a little pup from the store recently. Firstly, i would like to thank the staff who went out of their way to help me find my perfect pet. From suggestions to advise on feeding and care....all were taken care of and i was guided in a proper way. The puppy is very playful and healthy. Its obvious that he was looked after with proper love and care. I am glad i made a right choice to purchase from Petz N Stuff. Thank you for the follow ups and checking on the health of my puppy over the phone & for answering all my queries. I would highly and gladly recommend this store for the quality of pets they sell and for the clean and healthy environment they keep the pets in and for a price that's among the lowest in the market.

  It’s now almost thirty minutes that we’ve been waiting in front of the shop for someone to show up and open the door! It is supposed to be open but no one is here. We had called ahead of time and were told to come at 5:00pm. We arrived at 4:59pm and are waiting and waiting and waiting ... called the person a few times and were told “5 minutes” every time ... after thirty minutes, trying to call again and he won’t even answer the phone now! If this is how they treat a potential customer, I wonder how bad it is after they’ve already taken your money! Avoid this place at all costs. Unless you like wasting time standing on a dirty sidewalk waiting for someone who will never show up.
  
  UPDATE: 40 minutes later we get a call back: “I’ll be there in 10 to 15 minutes”! Wow. No explanation, no apologies, no consideration for others. I can only imagine how poorly the animals in the shop must be taken care of if this is how customers are treated.

  Gave my pet cat to them for 3 weeks. Got her back with bad rashes and infections. Ridiculous pet keeping. Overall unhygienic pet care.
