I have been there on Tuesday,and it happened to be the seafood night.they serve amazing seafood collection with different cuisine mix between eastern and western kitchen; also variety of sushi and sashimi in addition to live grilling station where you can choose your fish or seafood and the chief will be cooking it for you.also worthy to mention the deserts variaty and fresh fruits,
Overall food is fresh and delicious service is good.response / report this review -

Food quality and variety declines year over year, it used to be one of the greatest buffet spots in Dubai but not any longer.Pergolas restaurant serves box wine which does not qualify for 5* hotel. We’ve been clients for so many years, but unfortunately not coming back again. Dreadful experience!
