  Once you give advance cheque / cash, be ready to loss your 'PEACE' forever.. and forget about your security cheques also, you'll get charged for out of world reasons on earth.. And if you think you can complete your tenancy term at your own cost, more harm is on your way !! Don't get fooled by fake reviews over here claiming Mr. X lead me to heaven, they don't even know what is professionalism! Finally get ready for the insults and police threats also from these 'heavenly angels of quality, commitment, .. ' !!!
  
  NB. They are capable of arranging organized loots also partnered with landlords..

  I have assisted by Mr. Zubair Naeem and honestly spectacular service. He goes the extra mile to ensure all your concerns are rectified. He is the pure definition of peace of mind. He ensured the process goes smooth. He makes himself available at any hour and literally works longer and harder than most real estate agents iv come across. This is the type of people we require more of in this industry. Where you feel safe, secure in your decisions. Super grateful and happy I came across this individual

  My worst experience in Dubai would be staying with Peace Homes at their GMM Tower 1 location. I booked to stay here for a month and right upon arrival there were so many mosquitoes, cockroaches, and flies all over. I first tried contacting the agent who helped me book this place to notify him about all of this, but he never answered his phone nor return my calls. After 2 hours later, I tried again and his phone was off.
  
  The balcony light does not work. My room was supposed to come with a TV, but there is no TV in the apartment. I went to the office, and they assured me that it will be in within 72 hours. I’ve been here for 2 weeks now but I still don’t have a TV. There’s been a leakage in the kitchen for 3 days now. Today, maintenance decided to come to fix the leakage. Right after an hour later, hot water started pouring from the ceiling. The kitchen is now flooded with hot water and I’m thinking of how I’m going to clean all of this. Let me also mention that their security staffs are very rude and don't care about anything

  Peace homes are the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with in my traveling experiences to many countries. Dubai is the city where I see rules are followed for the most part. Still, unfortunately, I don’t even know how this company is functioning at this level of unprofessionalism.
  Our five star goes to the agent named Hasnain Shah. He was more than helpful in finding us an apartment. He was sincere, upfront, and was able to find us a great apartment that fit right in our price range. He was highly communicative and easy to reach, always answering our questions. He went above and beyond to solve the problem when the company did not do what it promised to do. He would have made a big difference if he was a manager. People who care about this company should consider making this guy a manager. It is also better to make him or people like him give customer service training for most of the employees in the company.
