Ensuring customers are happy is one thing … ensuring pets are safe is more important. Staff are incredible and deal with many difficult situations. Professionally. They will never compromise the safety of a pet for the sake of making money.

went in for a grooming service for my cat, they could not controls it (its a one year old kitten) were closed to any kind of suggestion. All they wanted was to refer us to a vet and as per them "only a vet can control the cat". Even when we mentioned that we will get the cat sedated by a vet, they still insisted that we take it somewhere else. The issue that we faced is not about whether they can manage the cat or not, but their attitude in addressing the situation and clearly not willing to listen.

Great hair cut service for dogs! The guys always do a really good job and our dog comes back very relaxed. Pick up and drop off service!!
