Very good ambience space to sit and enjoy the food. We tried their traditional onion soup, chicken avocado sandwich, cappuccino all were awesome.They have lovely sweet collection counter too. Strongly recommending.

Poor breakfast at Paul. Bread basket isn't a basket (do you know that all other restaurants around brought back this useful handy basket and fill it with different kind of bread?).. Eggs benedict have only the name for themselves (eggs laid on a hard toasted piece of white bread covered with an unsavoury pale sauce ). Paul, what happened to you? You killed you ?

The food was great and reasonably priced. The stuff was pleasant and polite. Especially our waiter, Erwin, really made the whole dining experience truly great.

Good food for a good price! From the balcony you get a nice view over the fountain. For children they have an excellent seat and good options on the menu. Staff is helpful and friendly. Can recommend.

very rude cashier, her name is ARA dubai mall branch. as if we are beggar without money to pay when we told her that we are using the voucher but because it took time to load the app she gave us a frowned face.very bad customer service she should not be a frontliner.

Great food, I love the coffee as well at this place. The outdoor seating is fantastic and the service is quick.
Prices are good based on the quality of products they use.
The complimentary bread basket they offer with the butter and olive spread is 👍👍 they do also offfer it for takeaway if you don't finish it which is a great way of reducing wastage.
I recommend the lasagne it's very good

Food is always the same consistent.
The service is a bit slow! The waiters are all over the place.
Takes a long time for the food to arrive. I usually order the salad de la mer it's fresh and filling.

The place falls behind Dubai. They have no idea what Samsung pay is feeding customers nonsense of non acceptance. Samsung pay is supported by ENBD and emulates card physically, for old MST enabled machines which they actually use.

Lesson: if you don't do something, at least train your staff to provide explanation to customers not insulting their intelligence. And change your Accounts Dept to the one that actually works. As your staff refers to your Accounts Department rejecting to accept Samsung Pay, and the reasons provided are laughable, at best, showing total lack of understanding how the payments are processed and how Samsung Pay works.

A solid 1 star rating from me as this place does not correspond to the excellence Dubai is aiming at. In fact, Samsung Pay has been here for some time. Weak.

Absolutely classic !
A colleague to the cafe to try the French cuisine. And I am extremely happy to see the authentic French cafe. The cafe provides inside and outside sitting. The Chicken Gratin Dauphinois, was absolutely delicious.

The place is lovely no matter of the location all the branches have the same look and feel though the Dubai mall branch has indoor seats and outdoors the outdoor seats view is Burj Khalifa lake and you can see Burj Khalifa too..

You can never go wrong with a Paul breakfast. Yummy poached eggs with hollandaise sauce, with avocado and smoked salmon on the side served on a brioche toast with a side of orange & carrot juice. Truly a breakfast of champions!
Their food is consistently good. Their cakes are GREAT! Their tarts and eclairs are yummy as well. If you have a gathering or occasion at home, their bites are perfect to serve at home.
