Bought a Cerruti wallet for 800 dirhams; when I found out it was to uncomfortable for everyday wear two days later, I went to exchange it. However, they would not accept the wallet back because it was 'used'. As far as I know, all items can be returned to the manufacturer. Spent nearly an hour arguing with three different levels of management and agreed to leave the wallet with them to check on the manufacturer. To this day (over 2 years later) I have not gotten my wallet back.
