Wrong parts of bed was delivered n complaint is registered. Their customer service team is expert in lying with confidence. Following up for delivery for past two days. They are not even aware of howmany times I have called and what their colleague conveyed. Every time you hear different versions of lies and claim to be honest one. Pan Emirates should fire this team and invest in proper delivery system. Never ordering from pan Emirates any more. Pic of how they left my place.

I would give 0 star if it was possible !
Probably the worst service I never had in my life!
They didn't do the delivery within the 2 expected days. I had to call almost everyday the customer service to follow up on my delivery and most of the time they didn't pick up the line..
It took more than 1 week to get only one item (small sofa bed). They didn't come at the scheduled time and when I called the delivery guy, he was laughing at me! Saying there's traffic-traffic no problem madam..! He came 8hrs later and I was not at home anymore. They let the sofa bed in the corridor..

I would recommend to NOT order online and NOT deal with this company.
Better to go to IKEA. I've got my lesson. Pan Emirates, you missed the chance to get a new customer.

Very bad experience with delivery and customer service.

First of all we received confirmation that they will deliver it Saturday between 2 and 5pm. At 5pm still no delivery, after calling they said the delivery was not between 2 and 5pm, but between 6 and 8pm Which was not true since we confirmed between 2 and 5pm. So we just wasted our entire Saturday waiting for nothing.

But wait! There is more

Eventually they arrived at 7pm and when they assembled they noticed a defect. No problem, next day they will come to replace the defect they assured. We called right away to get confirmation, and yes indeed they will visit the next day (Sunday).

Sunday comes along, and so far silence. Calling again to ask when they will arrive and now they are saying "no they wont come today, but they will come tomorrow 100%".

Monday (today). silence.
And again we need to call them to ask when to expect them. Guess what: "NO SORRY THEY ARE NOT COMING TODAY, BUT TOMORROW 100%"

Then I requested to speak to the manager. I received a grumpy man on the phone that goes by the name "Yahya" or something. He was not really accommodating after I let him know my story. Just that "Tomorrow 100% they will come".

Pan Emirates, we can not take you seriously anymore. We're never going to buy anything from you again.

HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND STAFF! I am shocked!
I have been living in Dubai for 16+ years and have never been to a store with such unhelpful and rude staff! Pan Emirates is turning into a joke.
I had to buy myself a coffee table, but was confused between a coffee table I saw in Danube Home earlier, and another coffee table I saw and liked online on the Pan Emirates website.
So yesterday, after finding the table all by myself in the store (with no help), I waited on all the different floors to get assistance with picking it up, but all the 3 times we got hold of an employee, they told us to wait and that they’ll send someone else to help us, but NO ONE ever came!
Then, after the useless waiting around, I went downstairs and politely asked the cashier a question regarding the furniture and he barely gave me a response, and couldn’t even take a second to give me the respect of a nod!
So I immediately asked for the manager and communicated all the rudeness, absence and lack of help I faced from his employees last night, but the manager himself seemed to not care much about getting a complaint (no wonder they have such a horrible management and complaints about their customer service on here). And before walking out of the store, I told the manager that he lost a customer and promised him how I was on my way to get my new coffee table from Danube Home instead.

I stuck to my words, and the Danube Home coffee table is sitting in front of my sofa, right now.
So happy with the choice I made, and I’m NEVER going back to Pan Emirates again!

I purchase bed room set, cupboard and table chair set from Pan emirates Al Barsha. They delivered the items. The bed was missing some items and they could not assemble that. They promised will come and fix next day morning and left all pieces in my room scattered. Next day when I call that person not picking my call. Called from another number and he picked my call. He told to call customer care, which is hard to get connected. I was able to talk to customer care once and the response was very poor. He said will take 3 days minimum and not even sure regarding when this will be fixed. Still waiting.

I should have learnt from my 1st bad experience which was not handled professionally. Purchased another item that broke. Was given a complaint ID, the driver called in the morning to come and repair the item at 5pm, then 6pm then 8pm turns to 9pm then to 9:30pm told sorry sir i am the other side of town. I'll come tomorrow. Bad service. Will he come tomorrow???? Lets see.

I bought a Pu leather sofa from Pan emirates and in just 1 and half year it has started cracking and when asked at pan emirates they said total life is 2 years only but at the time of purchase salesman said its a long lasting sofa and will not have any issues. really disappointing. they should tell people the real life of item. will never buy anything from them

Cost effective furniture options. However sometimes the quality is lacking as well. Generally has good offers and discounts running. The location means that's its easy to locate the store. The store itself is well laid out making finding things very easy unlike other stores. Good option if you are planning to save money on your new furniture.

Massive store but very out of date designs. Some of the options begged disbelief. I saw options that included 80's style circular beds with colourful LED lighting and a lot of renaissance style gold chairs. If you ruffle through the options, you can get a couple of good bargains for basic items.

When we have visited the store we were expecting to find something else than what you usually find in Dragon Mart, but we were wrong, a lot of identical items (specially in decorations) you can find them at a way better price in Dragon Mart.
What is different than Dragon Mart or China Mall is the service. Here we had to literally beg someone to attend us for approx 20min, when we finally decided that we are bored of waiting and cannot cope with a 3 year old that got more upset than us and we just left the place.

Worst quality a consumer can purchase,
If you want to waste your money go to pan Emirates,
I Purchased a dressing table with 5 drawers 6 months ago,4 drawers are getting stuck and falling off,very low quality sliders are very cheap metal
Feels like soda can,
A 2 month warranty is usless,after sale service have to pay 100 dirham to fix it
To be continued . when they fix it .

I wish to inform all those who take bed linen like fitted sheet, flat sheet etc think twice before you buy. Do not buy if you are not sure!coz they will not exchange stating hygiene policy. But the staff will inform you can exchange within 14 days when you buy..so beware! Don't be duped !

Albarsha branch is the biggest pan emirates of dubai. Very organized place, they located everything in its section, its makes it easier to choose. Parking is available and staff are so helpful.

Cheap wooden furniture. Beware of sale advertisements as the shop is showing sale only for items they have one quantity and that too with some defects. Totally fleecing. You need to beg to be attended.. Cashiers are more courteous than sales people.. sales people are fully prejudiced and go behind only select few.

Supposed to deliver.. they sent msg the item was loadedbut was NOT. They NEVER called to reschedule or explain. Now I am calling the Customer Service multiple times waiting for 30 min on a call & NOONE pickes up there or in ANY of their stores. BIG dissapointment. There is NO service!!!!

Amazing customer service, fast efficient delivery, fantastic products. I would definitely use them again and have passed on their details to friends and family.
