  First of all, thank you so much for your hospitality and voucher offer that you have been provided. For me and family. This is the first time that We have spend in this hotel. Secondly, we have observed that there are lots of comments to be enhanced which may affect the reputation of this hotel. The comments are as follow:-
  1)Housekeeping for the room is not up to standard. Very bad cleaning.
  2)several times we required to fix the flashing in the bathroom. At the end no body fix till we departured from the hotel.
  3) The lobby service staff is not up to standard. They are not dealing with customer in good manner which is not acceptable to us. It took 20 minutes till the waiter comes to take the order.
  4) check out time is too much delay in order to bring all the staff.
  In conclusion, I will not recommend any of my friend to stay in this hotel till all recommendation has been clarified as it affected the moral of my family.

  It could be amazing. The reputation of Versace is fantastic, the hotel is wonderful, the design, spa and pools are 5 star but the service is not even 1 star worth. In a 5 star hotel a guest should feel welcome and appreciated at all times. You feel welcome when you are willing to overspend on your credit card but once you are coming as a privilee guest you get treat like you are not good enough. What a shame as they don't know who the person is. I got denied entry to the changing room and showers because (that day) I hadn't booked a treatment. That I spent the week before 800 dh in the spa didn't count. In a time like that a hotel should invest in guest relation even more and not treat people selective. And that was order from the management. Maybe the managment should take some course in guest relation and how to treat guests in 5 star hotels. So as consequence we won't want to come back until we get some appology. Also the showers in the pool area are utterly dirty and disgusting. A shame that they don't have the service and class like hotels in Europe have.

  Gorgeous place to chill and stay UN-connected from time to time or simply enjoy a cup of coffee.
  Amazing interiors and ambience.

  The best ever experience! Nadim, the front desk manager, was so professional to address our minor concerns so quickly and so effectively.
  The food is the best in Dubai, it is like a hidden gem. Very highly recommended. I live in Dubai but this is absolutely to try experience.
  Kids club is small but still very nice
