I swear to God this company is a curse. They don't care and value their tenant.
I will never deal with this rubbish people ever again. I advise those who are looking for a flat to never deal with this company i swear to God they will just take your money and good bye starting from the agent until your entire stay.
Maintenance service is worst

STAY AWAY from this agency
Been dealing with them for 1 year and i hope i will never have to deal with this kind of people again
Starting from the cleanliness of the building i lived,to the maintenance.
Not returning my deposit in full charging me 1365 dirhams for repainting when i left the apartments in perfect condition
1365 for repainting!!! I am really curious what kind of paint is that??!!!

If you want to fight with someone everyday you can choose this company. If you don’t want your deposit back you can choose this company. All most staff are realy bad attitude(Nina , Rifan etc)My ac was not working in 2 months. I keep asking for that then they said you have to move from the room within five days. I ask the reason they said I am disturbing the people in the office. Then I tried to call police, after they said to me ok to stay. I got my deposit back after one month. For that I have to call them everyday. I don’t know why they refuse to give my money back.Finally One staff Mr Stefy is help me to get back my deposit, thank to him for professional way. THis is only few problems I mentioned here. I never recommend to anybody this disaster company. Thank you
