  The worst experience ever. Ordered through Talabat and wanted to follow up on our order. 47 Mins and wanted to call them and their stupid phone line was not working! Soo embarrassing as I had guests over and the order was soo delayed. Never ordering from this place again and never recommending it to anyone. I'm gona make sure to write about this on Zomato as well!

  To whom it may concern
  What happened today was the worst experience i had ever in dubai, i don't know how such a good company in the best place ( dubai ) can recruit some employee like the one that you have in al warqa branch , I'm a regular customer ordering many times per week from this branch and from al jumairah branch as well.
  I told him 5 times the address , and he said ok then after 35 min he called again asking about my address again and not even that he couldn't understand or listen. 10 times I'm saying simply my address and he couldn't get it. At the end i cancelled and he was ( ok ) .
  A respectful companies looks after their services and specially .... Customers complains and feed back.
