Delicious vegan brunch for 99 AED - and I was most impressed with the great service. Max the manager made me a special coffee milk shake with vegan ice cream that was the best coffee drink I had in a while. Also the chocolate moose desert cake was amazing. I walked around the market and saw reasonable prices on certain items like goji berries and coconut oil. Overall I will come back for the vegan brunch and to do some grocery shopping when in the area. The produce looked like good quality too.

A must place to shop if going organic. Best time to shop is the third Friday and Saturday of the month as they have a flat 20% off on all items. Can get crowded, so do it first thing in the morning for more selection options before they run out. Products they sell are available at Lulu, Emirates co-op and family supermarket as far as I know and sell for cheaper there than the organics cafe's normal day price. Shop smart.

A huge selection of organic products , as well as gluten free and free form products.

The Cafe is simply amazing. A relaxed atmosphere, great menu, and what's more is all of the menu options are cooked using ONLY the products which they sell in-store so you can be assured your meal will be made using good quality products.

Note: Lunch times are busy which is testament to its popularity.

Great selection of quality organic food items, they have everything to fill anyone's kitchen, including fresh produce and ready meals, plus an attached organic cafe.

This place is a gem for organic food lovers. Definitely not your run-of-the-mill organic foods. From veggies, fish, breads, grains, and even cleaning compounds. A definite must if you love organic foods.

This is the place i rely on getting raw organic products. It might get a bit pricey than usual grocery but its worth it. They have superfood section with essential oils. If you are interested in essential oil you might get good variety of essential oils from frankincense oil to rose geranium oil.

One of the worst customer experiences ever. I would highly recommend going to the RIPE fresh market or buying organic products from Union Coop or one of the other supermarkets as everyone is now stocking organic groceries. The monopolistic mindset embodied by OFC is horrible and the best way to show them some appreciation for their customers is by voting with your feet.

Their staff treats you like they are doing you a favour by letting you buy from the store. I haven't had the best of experiences but today took the cake. We received two calls from the organic store on last Wednesday informing us that the loyalty voucher, requested by us 3-weeks ago to redeem loyalty points, was ready; why one has to go through their archaic loyalty program and its redemption process beats me but it is what it is and I walked in with my eyes open, so, won't complain about the 1960s loyalty program. However, when the store called us not once but twice, we expected them to have the voucher and not give us a blank stare upon requesting for it. This is precisely what happened today when we visited the store and requested for the voucher to be adjusted against our today's purchase. Not only the checkout staff couldn't find it, she interrogated us as if we were mistaken and we never requested a redemption. The tone was that of "you are lying, you have to prove to us that you requested it because we don't have it here". It felt horrible to be interrogated like that. Upon requesting to see the manager, we were told, and I quote verbatim, "I am the one in charge". If this is the behavior of the one in-charge, I wonder how much importance is given by OFC HR to customer service while deciding who to put in leadership roles.

Bottom line, go to OFC expecting a terrible treatment and customer service mindset. You will be less disappointed!

Items in this store is not 100% organic fruits and vegetables are extremely over priced. for a pair of Avocado they charge you more than 50 Dirhams = USD 14.00 , each avocado will cost 7 US Dollars! only a high roller can shop here, also their packaging is terrible, terrible customer service and they are not taking responsibility over their extremely bad packaging or food. Once you pay them and get out you are on your own. They charge their customers to death because unfortunately they are the only organic big store, I hope more organic stores open in Dubai so people can shop in a place that value their customers and don't sell stupid avocado for 7 dollars! Ridiculous !
Since my last review, they have updated the bathroom and reasonably provide 20% discount on weekends. I like them more now.

All your organic and gluten free food can be found there! This branch is bigger than the others, more organized and with a decent cafe place. The bakery is great with gluten free selections.

Have been shopping at OFC for quite a few years now. Plenty of variety for all foods organic. However I wish they had more local foodstuff. The imported foods are so so expensive!!

This is one of those establishments in Dubai that survive by default - there is no alternative so you have no choice if you want what they offer. I put up with the place because it's convenient and has the kind of food I prefer to eat. While the produce and concept are amazing, the execution and service are atrocious. Let's start with the deli. If you are lucky enough to find someone in attendance they will usually be too engrossed in messaging, or whatever, on their mobile, to notice you are there. Other staff will wander past equally oblivious. If you don't lose interest and finally get served, make sure you actively supervise your choice. If you make the mistake of choosing a variety of deli items to come back when packed, you will never get what you asked for - random contents and random quantities that bear little resemblance to what you asked for. And if you call to follow up – you will get nothing more than a vague thanks for letting them know.

As for the cafe, here you will find absolutely no service at all. When it's busy they are overwhelmed. When it's quiet they go to sleep. If you are in a hurry to eat, go up to the counter and order as you can sit there for 15 minutes while the staff will happily chat to each other. This equally applies when it's time to pay. This morning I was in no rush and there were only two other tables with patrons. I timed it to 18 minutes after I had clearly finished my meal and lost interest waiting to be asked if I wanted anything else or the bill. I have never seen such inattentive people in my life. And there are usually always a few managers sitting in the cafe chatting. They too will not bother bumping their staff. Food arrives in a random order. So if you order eggs with sausages and grilled tomato, the eggs will inevitably arrive first. A few minutes later you will be lucky to get the sausages and then again, after asking, there is a wait for the grilled tomato's. When that has all been assembled you will need to wait for the toast. And when that finally arrives, your eggs are a congealed mess of cold goo. The toast is barely that and will be cold while the butter is fresh from the freezer and impossible to spread. That sequence is the only consistent thing you will get. Today the eggs will be near raw and tomorrow rubber – it’s pot-luck here. You will naturally have to get up and wander around looking for salt as you will typically get two pepper's or nothing at all on your table. This is all about training, clearly lacking here. The staff are not aware of their surroundings and require active engagement to get service. This laid-back ignore-the-customer approach extends to their "loyalty" program. No one really knows how it works and you have to ask to find out if you have any redemption points. Actually you have to ask if it exists at all. It was a year and tens of thousands before I one day remarked to the cashier that they should introduce a loyalty program. “Oh we have that,” she responded. After applying it was another 3 months before I got my card. I spend 3 to 4 thousand a month at this place in both the supermarket and cafe so I am an almost daily regular. It is 100% consistently terrible in the service department. Aside from checkout which is where the only training seems to have happened. Taking your money is smooth and efficient.

One of the few organic grocery stores in Dubai. Great selection of European products. Definitely pricey but quality comes at a cost particularly when there's no scale yet. Supports local organic products as well.

The Cafe is a great place to go to for a casual and yummy bite.

The Cafe is very family and kids friendly and offers a variety of dishes all organic.

The restaurant manager Max, goes above and beyond to accommodate special diets such as Vegans'.

Check out this awesome Mega vegan veggie pizza made with grated tofu instead of cheese!

For food allergies people you can do your shopping here. Of course the prices are not the same as the commercial food outside. But quality is guaranteed. Try it for a week eat from their products and you will feel a big change in energy level and comfort.

The food is tasty, but cold. The bowls for the soup are all dirty. The furniture near the kitchen is also not clean. However the atmosphere here is nice and casual. Price is really affordable and selection of bread is nice :)

Selection of organic products. Prices are too high on many commodities especially fruits and vegetables, meat. I do like the cafe and deli to pick up ready salads, mains, sandwiches. Very nice bakery section. Never crowded , atmosphere is a bit dark and not friendly. They offer discount days and during these there are more people. Delivery is available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Limited parking outside that you have to pay for.
