  Not great services. They just ask you for a draft resume/CV and modify tht with pretty english. Chat gpt does a better job. I used their services for CV+cover letter writing. Had so many edits and it took so much tym that let go the cover letter writing though I had already paid them. I dint have the time and energy to waste with them. Felt there r better websites n writers avbl in mkt than them. I would NOT recommend them ever.

  I contacted Optimus for CV rewriting with specific requirements, unfortunately the CV was wrote serving completely different purposes from what I requested, as if it was just copy paste from typical resume in the field. Add to that, there was delay in the service and zero follow up on my feedback or whether the CV had met my requirements or no.
  Very unprofessional work especially with the rates they are charging.

  My experience in working with Optimus was a breeze. They always deliver quality results and make sure customer requirements are met. The staff are experienced and make the process as easy as possible for me. Will continue to work with them in the future as well. Very satisfied with the service.

  It has been more than a year since I chose this company (based on google review which is unfortunately a lot of times filled with fake reviews) for CV writing and linked in profile update. Though initially if you have never done this before, it may seem fancy once they update your CV but the bottom line is your CV should be good enough to get you shortlisted for initial assessment at least. Not much momentum unfortunately and it is not that the job market is bad
  
  Also since now we have a lot of AI stuff, you can easily get your CV scored for its effectiveness and both my CV and linked in profile scored in the 50s (hardly encouraging).
  
  Also this company looks like a one man show
  
  Dear Owner - Just read your response. Yes waited for a year and half to give you benefit of doubt as explained in my review but the main objective was not achieved. Anyone can update a CV and make it look fancy - what is the point if it is not effective? Your customers should know about this
  
  re - allegations (malicious?? why would I? I dont own any CV writing company lol) , please do read my review again. Where have I alleged "your" reviews are fake?
