Owning a watch as beautiful as an Omega is a number of experiences and none more important than when you first come in contact with the Brand. Enter Kareem. This was an extremely special gift for someone I love, and from my first phone call (and the four subsequent) it was as if he knew, and it was his goal to ensure my experience was perfect. He achieved this and then exceeded. His attention to detail, his effortless engagement with me felt personal, and reflected his obvious passion for every piece that carefully chooses it owner.The term Brand Ambassador is easily used, however Kareem defines the phrase. A beautiful piece, for a beautiful woman, beautifully facilitated with exceptional care. When I think of Omega I shall always remember this experience. Thank you Kareem, I shall send you that pic I promise, and, I look forward to coming to see you again about that Speedmaster!

A store that offers you what you want without tricks or mandated history ;),
Hospitality on point, didn’t have the intention to buy and didn’t actually expect what I was looking for but thanks to MR. Karem and his help he offered me to see the watch and try it so obviously I pulled the triggered on one of the most sought after omega watches,
