  Recently used OFJ automotive to resolve an AC problem I’ve been having with my Lexus. They did a really good job in quickly identifying the issue and fixing it. The garage facilities were top notch and overall I’ve been impressed by the team at OFJ and want to thank Anas the service advisor who was extremely helpful and provided constant updates during the whole process.

  I recently had the pleasure of availing the services of OFJ in Dubai, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. Despite the fact that my Porsche was picked up from my location and returned to my door, the level of professionalism and attention to detail shown by the team was impressive.
  
  Right from the moment I made the call to schedule the pick-up, the staff at was polite, courteous, and helpful. They ensured that I was comfortable with the process and took down all the necessary details, including the type of repairs required, before dispatching their team.
  
  When the team arrived to collect my car, they were on time and professionally attired. They conducted a thorough inspection of my car.
  
  Throughout the repair process, the team kept me informed of their progress, providing regular updates and communicating any changes that needed to be made to the original estimate. They were professional, efficient, and showed a great deal of skill in the work they performed.
  
  Overall, I highly recommend OFJ Automotive for their excellent customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond in ensuring me the best service and advise possible!
