Stunning views and high class...the ticket includes a food voucher that covers either a cappuccino or almost a sandwich. Excellent service and good food. This is a must in Abu Dhabi!

View was excellent. However, the cafe service was abysmal - especially for a luxury hotel! - and they served me perhaps the worst-tasting sandwich of my entire life. I would not recommend this place for visitors of Abu Dhabi - go check out the Grand Mosque, Emirates Palace, and the Louvre instead.

nice view, everywhere you see it's a spectacular image of money but no history, nothing about culture, this country is very very very poor.

Entrance for visitors is AED 95 with AED 55 redeemable as F&B vouchers at the venue, while guests staying at the five-star Jumeirah at Etihad Towers and children under four enter free.
On the 74th floor of Tower 2 at the Etihad Towers complex, the Observation Deck at 300 offers unbeatable views of Abu Dhabi’s cityscape and surrounding islands. What’s more, guests visiting the capital’s highest vantage point - the ‘300’ stands for ‘metres in the air’ - can take in the sights while enjoying delicious refreshments, light snacks or scrumptious High Tea.

Quite a disappointment. Not so much with the view but my experience overall. Wanted to enjoy some time in the cafe and ordered some coffees and desserts. Well, after 20 minutes there was no sign of our order. I don't want to blame any member of staff but I think it's reasonable to expect coffees to be made quicker than that. For such a high profile hotel as Jumeira you would expect issues like this wouldn't exist. If there is an issue with staffing then get more people, training? Then train them well. Had to go back to the reservation desk and ask them about my order, they simply forgot about it.

Not going to comment on quality of the coffee as it wasn't up to standard. Deserts were lovely and members of staff were polite and apologetic. Will I go back to this place? No. Abu Dhabi has better places to explore.

What a view, food is tasty, but pricey. Make sure to book upfront, the view is worth it! Staff is great as well.

Beautiful panorama and tasty drinks! But you can't see the sunset between Oct and March, they should keep open 1 hour more

Breathtaking view from the Observation deck of the Jumeirah at Etihad towers in Abu Dhabi. For the hotel residents the entrance is free but there is the option for the visitors to visit the observation deck 300 at the towers (70th floor) and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and the great view of the city.

Nice location, with an overall view. It has an entrance fee, but if you order something in the bar on top, you get 50 Dirham back. I think it was 80 Dirham entrance fee...so all in all no bad deal. You can see over the whole city from this spot, even the desert where the city ends and nothing seems to flourish in this bald width. ;) But really a place worth to visit.

I live in Abu Dhabi and had guests from overseas. After work I took them up to Observation Deck 300 to see view and have something to eat and drink.
We arrived at 5.15pm. Included in the entry is a 50 AED food voucher for each person.
First we walked around checking out the views and taking photos. One of the food service staff told us that if we wanted to order food or drinks we had to do it now as they were closing. We sat down and looked over the menu and ordered a drink and the waitress was saying to us if we want food we had to order now (time 5.50pm).
We weren't impressed with the rush so we took some food away and left. We took away two sandwiches, which were dry and tough.
Never again will I take guests up there.
    Visited August 2015.

Spectacular view! You pay to go up but have a voucher to have something at the bar up there and it's a nice afternoon plan! Don't go if it's too foggy!

You pay 85AED if you're not a guest. You'll get 50AED to redeem at the cafe at the observation deck. It's a full 360 degree view. Really nice view.
Polite staff. Lots of good seating. Ordered white tea, was very nice. Ordered greek salad, a bit tastless.

Excellent views with great value for money.

Best done on a clear day. AED 85 to go up but AED 50 from that can be used towards food.

Food is good with some nice choices in the menu.
