  Worst service I have ever experienced. Very unorganized, patients are just standing in the reception area, no proper system to give you information such as how long you need to wait or how many people in the queue before you. The reception is more busy with their paper work than talking to patients and can not inform you properly what is going on there. I was asked to wait from 9:20AM until 12:00PM for the GP doctor Arsha who was apparently busy doing medical for the US visa candidates as per the receptionist. I was told to wait for the doctor to call me when she wanted. Which i obviously refused and left. Please dont waste your time going there. Its a total mess and waste of time

  At NMC Deira my family received very good services. All the processes and procedures were explained well. I am delighted to mention that the interaction with nurses, Doctors and other staff members was pleasant. Ms Pramila is the staff member who's professional attitude is on top and her approach towards customers service is remarkable.
  Thank you NMC for a great experience.

  ALL Medical staff & Doctors are very polite, friendly, professional and helpful and takes good care of its patients. NMC pharmacy most of their staff are very polite and helpful and Sister Mona being the outstanding and professional at her service, very polite, helpful and guiding it's customers if needed. Great staff.

  Never trust nmc staff because while asking appt they say something else and when u go to clinic something else they say and waste ur time. Really bad experince from customer service and receptionist. Please dont trust receptionist and customer service of nmc

  Excellent service. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Guided very nicely during each step from doctor to nurse and pharmacy. Very easy process and quick appointment
