I am very impressed with Mr. JOHN GEORGE service attitude. His first smile attitude is very welcoming & should be an example for other staffs too.Being an Hospitality employee, I understand the importance of a simple smile..He listens to all my requests on my car service day & gives a proper feedback while returning t vehicle.

Car taken care only by the routine checklist, some times checklist doesn't help to cover actual issues for the car, also at times services advicers just do the intense marketing statergy by blowing up a small glitch or ware and tear to a immediate breakdown kinda issue

These guys rock! Yes it is not the VIP lounge and road access you would expect, but who cares? I personally want a fast and only one customer representative to talk to. My service point was Shameer. But all of the guys are cherry-picked. They have more.Their customer service is the finest.They offer a shuttle coupon after you drop your car. You receive SMSs on each point throughout the process. Phone ladies talk with respect and understanding when booking. They offer machine free hot drinks. In a nutshell, I am satisfied. They need to keep up on this level and more.

Nice customer service. Free drinks provided. Nice waiting area with separate provisions for ladies. Washroom facilities can be improved. All activities digitalized making the forms more legible.
