  I went to him a month ago with two cockatiels,one male one female, and he told me that my female cockatiel is fine and has no problems even though she had been acting weird and was having digestion problems. I took her to another vet the this month because her symptoms had worsened and they told me that she has diarrhea and an infection that affects her metabolism and has little chances of surviving because we didn't treat her earlier. I'm currently force feeding her a formula and she looks much better than she was last month. Never coming here again. Thanks doctor, my bird has low chances of surviving. For all those who are considering to come here please turn away and go somewhere else.
  
  Edit:My female cockatiel passed away a week ago. She wouldn't have passed away if this "vet" had checked her properly.

  I took my parrot to Dr. Faisal he is very good doctor he explained quite a lot of things of dos and don’t for my parrot which I was quite unaware . I am satisfied at the service. Quite affordable.

  I not recommended to take your pet here. Price is expensive, bad service and not take care of your pet 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Just only one doctor no someone to help him

  We went to wing trim our birds , but Dr shaheen seemed very loving to his job, he made sure to give advice on how to take care of our lovely couples of cocktails birds and answering all our questions.

  My angora cat was really sick and wasn't moving, she started losing alot of weight. Dr. Faisal came to my house the same day I called and treated her. He also gave me some meds so I could give her myself and after a week she was her playful self again. It's nice that they are more of a family owned business so the care is personal
