I recently brought used car from them. Very friendly staffs. They are very reasonable and helpful too. Mr Feras was very eficient and fast that I was able to get the cat witin just 8 hours. He ensured everything was clear and proper. I will definitely recommend Mr Feras and New cars to my friends who are looking to get a car. I will be back soon to get my next car.

But here they were asking if I can write my review before receiving the car. And yes I was giving them 5 stars, but after receiving it I wish if there is zero star for rating 🤐
You get 1M promises before receiving the car which u get none of that after receiving your car

Lied about no accidents. After selling from one year turn out it had 3 accidents. Also probablems with shoddy work before the sale. Cost me a small fortune to even keep my car running.

Bought sliver bmw e60 from them 2004 in 2017 drove it next i found it has jerky transmission I ended up replacing transmission and almost every part in this car, tho before they sold it they promised the car in good condition

Tis showroom is unprofessional, i saw AD for a car and called them to buy it the employee don’t want to talk and he said we’ll call you back and sure he didn’t, I called again after one hour he said am busy right now,
True that all Ras Al Khor dealers in Auto Market has no credibility they are unprofessional and true when people said that they are cheaters, from 1 to 10 i give NewCars showroom 0.response / report this review -

This dealership are thieves!! Don’t buy from them!!! I was purchasing a Maserati GT. The salesman named Aiman told me to deposit 800 AED into his account and if I wouldn’t do it, he wouldn’t allow the car to be picked up for the mechanic checkup. I paid for the mechanic checkup of 750 AED as well by the way. He promised to repay if the Maserati had problems.
After 3 hours of checking, i found out that the car had 7000 AED of repair. I refused to buy the car unless its repaired. He now does not pick up phone nor answer messages for the refund of my money!! BEWARE!!! This is the worst used car dealership you can buy a car in!!! Well advertised through the social media second hand car dealership offering zero downpayment with bank finance. The staff is helpful and there is a variety of cars for all budgets. The lower priced cars have some small flaws which are easy to fix before presenting them to the customers and that leaves a bad impression.

If I could give this company a minus star rating, I would, but unfortunately Google Review does not have that capability. First off, I would warn against anyone thinking of using this car dealership to purchase a car. They are mis-managed, unprofessional and lack basic human communication skills. I recently bought a car from them thinking I got a good deal, however this was not the case. There were a few issues with the car before purchasing which were highlighted to the dealer (Bassem) with a promise that they would be rectified very soon after. The day of collection of my car, I noticed that none of my issues had been seen to. I proceeded to drop off the car to address these, with a promise that they would be fixed in a few days. Two weeks and a large rental car bill later, multiple ignored messages and a complete lack of professionalism on their behalf, I had returned to collect the car with only one of these issues addressed. I have had to take the car to a garage personally in order to fix the issues highlighted, out of my own pocket.
I am severely disappointed and quite frankly angry at the customer service I have received at New Cars LLC, and would never ever use them again in any capacity. Once they receive payment from you, they essentially wash their hands of you and are not interested in fulfilling any obligations they have towards you and your car under its warranty.
Again, I would implore to look elsewhere when thinking of buying a car from them.

False promises!! I bought a car there which had multiple issues that they said they’d sort out, then the day they got their money they stopped replying to messages and phone calls. Unprofessionalism is the least I have to say plus complete lack of customer service. Never again!!!
