This is good place for daily shopping ..you can get fresh vegetables,meat,fish all kind of dry item almost every thing you can buy here.and this place is cheap and you can find very friendly staff.I always do my daily shopping here.

Has good selection of products with reasonable prices. The produce however aren't as fresh nor of high quality. You get for what you pay for. The staff are super friendly.

Absolutely Bad experience from West Zone Supermarket, Satwa.
I bought items worth DHS 35.25. Cashier staff told me to give her 25 fills as change.
I gave the cashier 1 DHS telling that I odnt have 25 fills.I was waiting for 75 fills balance . She returned me only 50 fills retaining 25 fills and told me she doesn't have change
Surprisingly I asked her why can't they lose 25 fills and cusomer to lose?
To them 25 fills that customer is losing is not a concern. But they cant lose 25 fills from their side
Talking to supervisor Mr. Prem Dhamani, told me that it is a normal practice and we can't return the balance amount. If you want, take the items and leave.
We cant help you. I told him that I am going to report this, but he told me that you go and do it, he doesn't care. Also the owner has instructed him to do this way.
Very arrogant supervisor and counter staff.
Please keep away from West Zone

Definitely a good place to do grocery shopping and is also a good place to look for quick snacks,But I would say the lines get a bit long in the middle of the day
