Amazing building with big roof top, with amenities like swimming pool for kids and adults separately, squash court, tennis court, billiard table, several outdoor games and toys for kids, community hall etc.
Other than amenities, this building offers spacious falts, if it fits your budget, it's an amazing option for a family, specially for kids.response / report this review -

Very dead place, half of the shops never opened and the rest stays empty. The supermarket is poor and very small. The shops are expensive and the staff turned lazy

Nice gold market.The New Gold Souk is located in Bur Dubai, just in front of Port Rashid. It is Dubai's first and only wholesale jewellery souk, with an eye popping array of diamonds, gold and semi-precious stones. Well-known jewellers from all over the world are housed under one roof, making it a convenient place to browse and buy.

Typical souk as far as the stores and people. Prices seem slightly higher than other places. I was impressed that they had real rubies (not 100% sure, but they looked Un treated and had a certificate).
