Globally speaking it's a professional company but I've had the same maid for 6 years and she 'a been with this company for 2 years only.
They usually send reminders a day before your employee is coming. I just wish they would be more reactive when it comes to inform you that she's not coming because of sickness or something else!

I never give bad rate to any service but this time it's impossible. My wife called them several times about booking, but call centre lady was really rude and arrogant. After that they came and did the worst cleaning ever. Sofa was cleaned so bad and was stinky. Poor service. NEVER ADVICE THIS POOR SERVICE COMPANY.

Firstly if any expert company is going to shampoo a rug, they would know that it has to be done on both sides of the rub, especially when it's a woven kind of carpet.

Guys came on time, took them about 30 minutes and job was done.

I had to get my carpet shampooed because of a pet urine smell. Now the smell is back. And when I asked Neat & Net to come back, I was politely told it's already been 48 hours, guarantee is over.
No wonder, the shampoo has a strong smell but it will only stay on for about a few days.

150 down the drain.

Never will call this company again !!!!!!!!!!!!!Cleaner is late for half an hour, and I ordered 4hr service but she didn't even finish the work ( 2bedroom flat ) . The cleaner didn't finish the living and 1 bathroom for guest !

2nd time order , appointment agreed at 8am-12pm . But customer services changed to 12-4 by unknown mistake ! Price is high and does not match with the quantity! Never will call again

I've used their services several times and I was always very happy with that company: fast reaction, even for the same day. So, I decided to use their service for furniture cleaning, so all my sofa's, carpets were shampooed and curtains were steamed, well now my house smells fresh, I am really happy with them!
