  Standards of any form of professionalism are constantly ignored, customer service is non existent, staff are rude, uninformed and make personal calls often when lots of people are waiting in line. The change from NBAD to FAB was never communicated to existing customers...I will change banks tomorrow after 3 years of dealing with such ignorance.

  The service level of FAB after merger dipped down after the two banks merged. As a client using NBAD in the last twenty years. I have lost the personalized services. Most of the branches are crowded and under staffed. The merger no doubt is a gain and optimization of the business for both banks, but the challenges of putting two systems together shouldn’t cause pain and problems to the customers, the center of the business.

  I can't understand how a bank this big can be so ludicrously unprofessional. I applied for a credit card over a month ago and, til today, I still haven't heard anything about it. The sales guy hasn't been picking up his phone and their customer support are refusing to give me any updates over email. How can a bank have so much money and still be a joke??

  ساعتين انتظار بسبب وجود صراف واحد والآخر مشغول بشرب القهوة والمدير غير موجود. والصراف العامل له أكثر من ٤٥ دقيقة مع زبون واحد.
  
  Waiting for 2 hours. One teller is working and the other one is just drinking his coffee. Manager is not there. Working teller spended 45 minutes with one customer

  The security there help people so much..I like this branch and its location inside the gas station!

  -They put the gate half way down at 7:30 pm even though the closing time is at 8:00 pm
  -They stop encashing cheque at 7:30 pm, this need to be inluded in their website so people dont waste time going all the way to the branch

  Only three desks, with not more than two working simultaneously. But still a bit less busy than ppbranches in malls. Some services or cash might be unavailable at certain times of a day.
