The worst bank lacks professionalism and customer service (extremely poor service). They are advertising to grow stronger but honestly if you want to grow stronger keep away from bank or they will mentally torture you.

4 counters and only 2 are working at any given time. Waiting time always takes 40 minutes or more since. There should be an express counter for only bank statement requests. Imagine spending at least an hour waiting for your turn when you only want a printout of your bank statement (one has to suffer the waiting time plus the bank charges for it.)

Not my bank, but I had to do transfer, big branch, with very slow service, 3 teller counters only 1 is serving. Really bad management.
