Everything from the start went wrong, 29th October 2020, I was promised 8 staff and only 6 turned up. that delayed the whole process. we reached the new place only at 7.30 pm and they offloaded by 12am. I had to send them home after assurance that they will send 4 staff members to help the next day. only 3 turned up and again took the whole day to unpack and do handyman service. in the end i had to stop them cause the handymen were hurrying up and causing more damage to the walls.
I don't blame the workers, they were under constant pressure to finish work before their scheduled time. its the company that messed up by sending less staff and that too 2 were outside help and didn't know anything about packing. that didn't helpresponse / report this review -

My experience was extremely good. Zubair and team were very dedicated and worked extremely hard. Everything was carefully packed and unpacked and installed as per my requirements. Excellemt services.
They had to work overtime because of some prebookings of tb building service elevator, despite of that they continued to work happily and everythibg was done perfectly and all setvices were delivered to a very high quality and standard.

I used MoversZone to move from Dubai to Abu Dhabi on August 18th, 2020. I was satisfied with the fact that they changed my moving date twice to accommodate me due to unforeseen circumstances and the speed of the service as we packed up my Apartment in Dubai. However, later I realized that this speed caused damage to many of my items. Part of my items shifted with no problems (Living Room Furniture, Appliances, Night Stands and Wardrobe. After this I faced several issues, some of which I am still dealing with till this day. My grievances are as follows:
My food and refrigerated goods that were stored in the refrigerator and freezer were packed inside a box without being put inside freezer bags, so ALL of my food went bad. Even though I specifically asked that my freezer items NOT be packed because I knew they would not survive the trip and I was going to give them to my security.
I was almost over charged for an extra truck because at first I was told that my things did not fit in the single truck that I ordered. When I was called by the supervisor, while in transit, about the extra charge I was furious because I was NOT informed prior. They just packed a few boxes on a second truck and wanted to charge me a fee for the additional truck as if it was at least half way full of additional things. After going back and forth they worked it out for everything to fit on one truck, but I was not aware of this till much later in the evening. I am upset that they attempted to overcharge me in the first place. Clients should be informed prior to and not afterwards when everyone is on the road.
On top of all this I found out at the end of the service that my dresser mirror was cracked while we were still in Dubai. Accidents happen, which is what was explained. Unfortunately one of the gentleman slipped while carrying this piece. However, I wasn’t told until the very end when everything was wrapping up. Just like when I was almost charged for an extra truck that was barely filled with 5 boxes. I was informed after the fact. Upon revealing that my mirror was broken during transit, I was then told that they would indeed have it repaired and reinstalled within a week. I messaged about my mirror 3 days later and was told that it was able to be repaired but when I asked for a picture and the delivery date I never got any response back. As of today it has been over 2 weeks and still no communication.
My living room table is missing 2 out of the 3 bolts that connect the glass to the base, and one of my table legs is now wobbly.
My bed is missing a chunk of wood on the bottom rear left portion.
After unpacking my glassware, 3 of my glasses are now broken.
One of my large suitcases was damaged to the point that two wheels are broken and split apart, as if it was thrown.
My plug to the dresser was also damaged so now I can no longer use the equipped lighting feature.
I am beyond disappointed and emphatically DO NOT recommend MoversZone for shifting whatsoever!response / report this review -

amazing platform, no doubt, chose a very poor company which was connected to me via them - Vigilant Movers.
Vigilant Movers are completely unprofessional, don't know what is the meaning of client service or satisfaction. Others beware and never take the services of VIGILANT movers!!!

Service was good and accurate. By receiving 5 different quotes we were able to match the services provided with our needs and, also, to save almost AED 250.
