We came here on a Tuesday and it wasn't to busy. We got a good introduction and were then able to do some bouldering by ourselves. However, whenever we needed assistance or had questions, there was someone around who helped us.
The facility is probably not the biggest but it's good enough to spend some time there, especially for beginners and intermediates.
The required gear is included for the time you're there and is in good condition.response / report this review -

Very nice facility, with great routes (I am a novice climber so take with a grain of salt). I like the automatic belay systems which were easy and quick. Kids really enjoyed it. Wish we had it in Kuwait.

Small place but good for a quick climb. Also expensive 150dhs?
Think if these placed in Dubai would be cheaper people would actually do it more often.
I am a novice climber, but found the setup quite difficult. There where a few nice placements. MOE Go sport is a bit easier.response / report this review -

A little disappointed. I had come in to climb twice in the past 3 weeks only to know that they had run out of sizes because so many people were climbing, and so I had to wear shoes 4 sizes bigger than my normal size. I had to pay for them and didnt enjoy the session much as the shoes were quite lose. It would be very smart to invest in new pairs of shoes for your clients ( and clean ones too) if you are looking to have more people join. Not sure Ill be back.

Discovered this place early this year. I hadn't climbed in years but after visiting the gym a couple of time i signed up for a membership and all back all into the sport. They have great facilities and regularly change up the routes and problems so it never get boring. The staff are great and super helpful, always pointing out new routes, pushing you harder, helping with hints, just great people all around! Absolutely love this place, its an amazing way to get an active afternoon in, especially in the middle of Dubai's insane summer heat, when you can't be outside.

Mountain Extreme is simply the best climbing gym in the UAE! Spent a few hours there today and although I'm a beginner I felt safe and really well supported thanks to Salvador. Great vibe, great location. Just one request, can you offer cold drinks and snacks?

The first time I visited Mountain Extreme, I was very impressed with the light, brightness, equipment and expertise of the staff. Everyone was eager to help me and my party learn the basics of this sport. Since then, I've continued to be impressed and pleased with the facility and the trainers. It's a great place for a child or young adult to have a birthday party or other celebration, and it's an ideal spot for adults to work out and learn the intricacies of wall climbing. All the staff are so caring, professional, and friendly. I look forward to my next visit.

We celebrated our son's 8th birthday here. I was impressed by the staff repeatedly. They were safety conscious, encouraging, humorous, patient and more. I couldn't imagine how they would handle a diverse group of kids, but they were incredible. To top it off, they even helped bring stuff to the car. Thanks to all of them. My son felt like a super star. Loved it is an understatement.

Really nice place. I have only tried bouldering and routes are very enjoyable.Specially big shout out for guys who set all the dyno moves!For FACE card holders they have absolutely best offer in Dubai, big bonus for that!
Also auto belays are highly welcome addition to dubai climbing gyms offer!
I only have to give 4 stats as there is no little bar to have coffee or a drink while resting. I find that so nice in climbing gyms as I love to spend lot of time in them.
Since they are relatively new i am sure they will introduce that as well.
