  Timings are not well managed, waited for 1.30h on both appointments.
  I am surprised that for a big name as Moorfield, the timings (which is a basic customer satisfaction criteria), is not a top priority to the management team.
  I will be happy to provide a detailed feedback on the différents processing steps from the arrival time to the actual consultation with the doctor, and help to improve the patient flow.

  With any hospital patients never get to know till end what exactly he will be charged for. Moorfeild is another example where you need your pocket full of cash or have good amount of credit card limit.
  I went to take second opinion before I could do my cataract surgery but was very disappointed with the doctor, who really doesn't know any of the question I asked. All my test was done a week before and he still insist to re test for no reason.
  A good reputed name with over priced unprofessional doctors

  Worst experience ever! Never go there. I didn’t even get to see a doctor after 1.5 hrs wait - despite having an appointment!
  
  They have no respect whatsoever to people’s time. I went 5 min early to my appointment since it was my first time for fill out whatever forms are required. After a 45 min wait past my appointment, I asked about the delay and how many people are still in front of me waiting and I didn’t get an answer. The nurse took me into a room to check my vswollen eye and that took 5 min and I was informed the doctor will see me right away. Another 45 min wait and still no doctor!
  
  After 1.5 hrs wait (in pain with a swollen eye) past my appointment time, I’ve had enough.
  
  The manager came and apologized and offered a different doctor - less qualified and hence less busy of course. I declined as I booked that specific doctor for a specific specialty and didn’t want another doctor and I wanted to leave.
  
  The excuse I got was that the doctor I booked was running late with her appointments but also saying she does this all the time so why not extend her visit times and reduce her patients so she can spend the time she needs with every patient rather than inconvenience people that are already in pain?!!
  
  I said to him I will only stay if I go in next and he said that’s not possible as the person with an appointment time 1 hour before mine is still waiting 😳
  
  I obviously left. It was the first and last time. I would never recommended this place to anyone!
  
  Had they managed my expectations and told me when I arrived (or latest when I enquired about the delay after 45 min of waiting past my appointment time) that there’s a delay, I “may” have been able to wait a tiny bit longer but considering that the person with an appointment 1 hour before was still waiting I don’t think it would have been another 15 min or so. More like another hour or 2!
  
  When the nurse called the manager she said : sir, we have “another” complaint - so it wasn’t just me complaining and I wasn’t the last to complain I’m sure.
  
  Never again.

  Outstanding. I had a Laser eye correction surgery by Dr Osama. It went great without any pain, professional staff. Furthermore from next day i was able to see clearly and drive. Thank you.

  Both time it was extremely disappointing . I’ll never go again and they lost 7 patients as my family will never use their services again.
  When I finally reached her, Brazilian Dr was good and very helpful but ,management is catastrophic .
  
  1st time just check up for 3 kids was 6 h in total . I have to call them 3 times until finally they manage to give me appointment....they was promising they will call back when they find out when Dr can take us , as they was so confused when I asked to do check up for 3 kids one after another.
  
  2nd time only for 1 child It took 2h .....and this happened to be just 2h as I started raising voice .
  
  There is so many medical staff around but It seam nobody do anything .They just sit or walk. there is no clinic manager , no patient coordinator .U can c that there is no management at all .If u ask why I am not attended 45min , they just look at you and tell “Let me check “ .....and never come back to u with info .
  When I asked to talk with patient coordinator, they didn’t know who the person is.
  When I asked to talk with clinic manager on duty , they also didn’t know who the person is .
  In the end I filed complaint , and u guess .........nobody called neither wrote back .
  
  So good luck to them .
  I am going back to Dr.Chevdar in Emirates hospital as he is excellent Dr plus I know that I will be done with appointment in Max 15 to 20 min

  I like the hospital facility,
  the staff are freindly from regestiration staff to nurse but i didnt like that dr. Sohaib didnt give attention and time to his patient questions with weak eye contact

  The best eye hospital in Dubai. I had a terrible eye allergy and was undergoing treatments from various hospitals like Al Zahra and SGH but none of the medicines worked. Luckily after some research I came across the Moorfields eye hospital and booked an appointment with Dr. Avinash Gurbaxani. The medicine prescribed by him worked like a miracle. I am so glad with the services too. All staff were very proffessional. Would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who has eye problems.

  I had a good experience. Everything was smooth from appointment till checkup. Doctors were very friendly and they explained my eye problem very well.
  
  I highly recommend this hospital. It is little expensive so make sure you have good insurance.

  I did my eye surgery here 3 years ago. Extremely professional doctors, they explain everything to you in small specific details and they keep following up with the patient even months after the operation.
