The after-sales service of this Montblanc branch is by far the worst! I had some hints about this from the time of purchase, seeing how other customers were mistreated, but regrettably I chose to ignore the signs BIG MISTAKE. Before spending a great deal of money at this shop, do yourself a favor - go elsewhere - the Dubai Mall branch is of equal distance from this location, where you will definitely see a big difference in terms of service. Also, stray away from a staff named Wassim, who is totally rude and sarcastic and does not give a single value to customers post-sales. What a joke!
