  I ordered a watch and was told that i would recieve a confirmation email if the watch was in stock. I recieved said email and expected the watch to arrive in time for me to travel as i was taking it for someone as a gift. A coupke of days passed and it did not arrive, when i got in touch with them i was told that the watch was not in stock. No one had bothered to tell me that the item i had ordered was out of stock until i contacted them. Terrible customer service and wholly irresponsible.
