  It was an awful experience! We ordered a cake for a birthday 4 days prior to the celebration and when we were there to pick it up, the cake wasnt even ready. The lady attending to us looked baffled as to why we were there at the time considering it was already an hour past our pick up time. Very poor service. NOT AGAIN!!!
